De Takamine EG523SC akoestisch elektrische gitaar klinkt van zichzelf al zeer goed, maar als je hem aansluit op een versterker komt hij nog meer tot leven! De jumbo body style speelt zeer comfortabel en zorgt voor eeen giga-groots geluid via het massief sparren bovenblad. De glimmende fraaie flamed maple zij- en achterkant en de abalone rosette laten de gitaar schitteren in het podiumlicht. De actieve TK40 electronica met ingebouwde EQ vertaalt iedere noot natuurgetrouw naar een elektronisch signaal.
