De Marshall 1923C 85th anniversary amplifier is een exacte replica van de eenmalige versterker die aan Dr. Jim Marshall werd aangeboden op zijn 85e verjaardag, in juli 2008. De 1923C versterker is een 2x12" combo met 50 Watt EL34-power en de karakteristieke Marshall klank, en is gebaseerd op de legendarische JCM2000 dual super lead platform. Het voorpaneel is afgewerkt met een custom kleurenprint ontwerp, met zowel het logo van de 85th anniversary als de Union Jack erin verwerkt. Elke 1923C Anniversary Amp is geconstrueerd met Baltisch berkenhout multiplex, voor superieure geluidsprestatie en duurzaamheid. Sinds zijn geboorte in 1923 heeft Jim Marshall de wereld van de gitaarmuziek voor altijd veranderd door te luisteren naar de wensen van de gitaristen en de beste technologieën toe te passen bij het ontwikkelen van zijn bekende klank.
