A tremendous amount of care goes into making guitars there, right down to hand-making the bracing for each guitar; the quality and design is impeccable. This all-solid orchestral model features a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides. Scalloped X bracing helps allow the top room to resonate, increasing sustain and warmth of the TF740FS. Takamine have also fitted it with their excellent split-saddle bridge made of bone, as well as an ebony fretboard and the top-notch CTP-2 preamp.
