Gibson Les Paul Traditional… With all the fat, sweet, snarling Les Paul tone that purists love, the Traditional plays, sounds, and feels like the Les Pauls that today’s players grew up loving and lusting after. Taking design and visual cues from the Les Pauls of the ’80s and ’90s, the Les Paul Traditional starts with a Grade-A mahogany body and adds nine strategically placed traditional weight-relief holes for a beefy tone that maintains the resonance of modern Les Pauls, while losing a large portion of the weight. This is capped with a maple top, giving the Les Paul Traditional the look of the great Les Pauls that helped to bring rock back to the front of the stage in the mid ’80s. Capping the Traditional with a maple top not only looks great, but it also brings out presence and definition to the tone. With the look of the great Les Paul Standards that helped to make rock king again, and every ounce of the tone thanks to legendary Gibson construction, classic tonewoods, and two genuine humbucking pickups, the Les Paul Traditional is the guitar to take your music center stage where it belongs.

Gibson Les Paul Classic Plu… Utter the phrase “Les Paul Standard” and most players will bring a clear visual and sonic image instantly to mind. For the rockers among us, chances are that this vision will embody the Les Paul Classic Plus Top from Gibson USA, a powerful embodiment of a legendary guitar that looks every lick as good as it sounds. Crafted from premium tonewoods, the Les Paul Classic Plus Top carries a highly figured Grade-AA maple top, which looks absolutely stunning beneath your choice of Vintage Sunburst, Heritage Cherry Sunburst, Trans Ebony Burst or Manhattan Midnight finish, all in high-gloss, hand-sprayed nitrocellulose lacquer. Classic Les Paul Standard appointments such as acrylic trapezoid fingerboard inlays and cream body and neck binding are accompanied by a deceptively powerful pair of humbucking pickups mounted “open-coil” for a modified look that sits great with the guitar’s lack of pickguard, which also serves to show off the Les Paul Classic Plus Top’s gorgeous wood. And, to top it all off, players can choose their preference of rounded ’50s or slim ’60s neck profile. Gibson Hardshell Case included.

Epiphone 50th Anniversary 1… Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Holy Grail! Most guitar historians and collectors consider the 1959 Les Paul Standard, the "holy grail" of Les Paul's - not to mention of all electric guitars. Although the only significant change made in that year was to flatter, wider frets that allowed more dramatic bends, the impact of that change was not truly realized until the 1960's when countless rock and blues players discovered the magical fat, warm voice and feel of the Les Paul Standard. To commemorate this classic instrument, Epiphone introduces the new Limited Edition "1959" Les Paul Standard. With a history going back to the 1940's when Les Paul himself would visit the Epiphone factory in New York and work on what has come to be known as the FIRST electric guitar, this Limited Edition also pays homage to the man that started it all.

Gibson ES335 Block Reissue… Chuck Berry, B.B. King, and other formative players in the evolving early days of rock and electric blues had already immortalized the Gibson ES-335 when the company’s engineers fine-tuned the guitar in 1963. Today’s Custom Shop ES-335 Block Inlay Reissue model reflects those original refinements, which enhance the guitar’s playability and beauty. The popularity of the ES-335 was already secure and continued to grow, but in1963 when the first generation of the revamped ES-335s left Gibson’s Kalamazoo factory sales peaked. That year the dots on the fingerboard of the standard ES-335 inaugurated in 1958 were replaced with the block inlays that give this Custom Shop model its name. They provided easier visibility in live playing situations, where lighting is often less than ideal, and an extra touch of eye-catching class. The other refinement to the ’63 was the use of the tapered, thinner-profile neck common to Gibson’s built in the ’60s.

Gibson SG Standard Reissue… Take home a truly inspiring piece of history with this SG Standard now that Gibson have breathed new life into it over 45 years after its introduction as part of their VOS series. This Gibson Custom Shop SG Standard Reissue VOS was a futuristic design when it was introduced in 1960, and it still has a modern look. Featuring an ultra-thin, two-horned body, the SG series addressed 2 of what Ted McCarty saw as the major issues of the now-retired Les Paul body style: weight and limited access to the upper treble register. The new body shape of the SG Standard was dramatically lighter than the old Les Paul and offered access to the entire fretboard. This amazing re-creation includes pickups and long neck tenon modeled precisely on the original. The VOS aging treatment makes it look exactly like a vintage original instrument that's been treated with loving care for its whole life.

Gibson SG Standard P90 Ebony A confirmed classic ever since its arrival in 1961, SGs of various types have been played by Pete Townshend, Eric Clapton, Tony Iommi, Frank Zappa, Robby Krieger, Angus Young, Derek Trucks, Jeff Tweedy, and countless other rock, blues and alternative artists. While the SG Standard's original specs included a pair of humbucking pickups, many players have always loved the hot, raw sound of single-coil P-90 pickups, as found on the SG Special and Junior guitars, which otherwise had more austere features. Now Gibson USA introduces the SG Standard With P-90s, which features all the appointments of the Standard model, but is equipped with a pair of authentic P-90 pickups. Finished in your choice of Heritage Cherry or Ebony Black—both in hand-sprayed, high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer—the SG Standard With P-90s brings together the features and electronics of two legendary SG models for the first time, and creates a timeless classic in the process.
