Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom Ebony
When guitarist and inventor Les Paul conceived the Custom model in the mid-1950s, he envisioned it as a "black tie" guitar suitable for the most elegant occasions. In the years since then, the Les Paul Custom has come to represent all of that and more. The most dressed-up of the Les Paul production line, the Custom is nevertheless a full-bore rocker, suitable for the heaviest riffs you want to throw at it, while still excelling on the blues, jazz, pop or fusion stage. The Les Paul Classic Custom from Gibson USA stands true to its heritage, keeping the unique touches that make it stand out at a price players will appreciate. Featuring premium tonewoods and top-flight appointments, this is an instrument of astounding beauty and surprising versatility. With all the legendary power of the Les Paul Standard, and a Custom look that stands out from the crowd, the Les Paul Classic Custom is available in your choice of five stunning high-gloss nitrocellulose finishes: Antique Natural, Goldtop, Cream, Wine Red and Ebony Black, all with chrome-plated hardware for a look that is subtly elegant.

Epiphone Les Paul Ultra III… We all know that deep down, most guitarists love the classic designs and shapes. That's why Epiphone designed the new Les Paul Ultra-III with the same look and features of a traditional Les Paul but added new technology giving you a guitar that's a real Les Paul but also so much more! It has two great pickup systems: Epiphone's new ProBucker humbucking pickups, styled after Gibson's famous Burstbuckers and the second system features Shadow, Germany's patented NanoMag pickup. Together, you get powerful humbucker-driven rock crunch as well as shimmering acoustic-like tones and everything in-between. Built discretely into the bridge pickup mounting ring is a full-function, chromatic tuner. While the Ultra-III is packed with technology, it still maintains the same basic specifications that made Epiphone Les Pauls the choice of so many guitarists including a solid Mahogany body with glued-in Mahogany neck and comfortable SlimTaper(tm) neck profile, a flame Maple veneer top and Rosewood fingerboard. The result is a modern guitar with that classic Les Paul tone and sustain. The Ultra-III features three different outputs: By using the standard 1/4" MONO output, both the Humbuckers and NanoMag are mixed into one signal. When you plug another 1/4" cable into it's STEREO output, the Humbuckers are routed through one cable and the NanaMag the other. The third output is an USB-connection to your computer (cable included) for use with software like Native Instruments GuitarRig 4LE (included).

Now Gibson Acoustic honors this three-time Grammy Award Winner with the Keb’ Mo’ Bluesmaster, a flat-top acoustic guitar made in the tradition of the great small-bodied Gibson blues boxes, with the added versatility of a built-in L.R. Gibson Marc Bolan Les Paul… With his glam-rock looks and pop-metal hooks, Marc Bolan led his band T. Rex into the stratosphere in the late '60s and early '70s, and his customized Gibson Les Paul was the fuel that propelled it all skyward. Dressed in a simplicity that gave them a broad and infectious appeal, songs like "Ride a White Swan," "Get It On (Bang a Gong)," "Jeepster," "Metal Guru," "Children of the Revolution" and "20th Century Boy" were laced through with addictive riffs and crunching rhythm guitar that sounded consistently massive—and hooked burgeoning metal-heads and teeny-boppers alike. Bolan's star burned out far too soon when he died in a car accident in Southwest London in 1977 shortly before his 30th birthday, but his music and its influence have remained strong over the intervening decades.
