Electro-Harmonix put 2 of their classic transistor '69 plug-in Muff Fuzz effects together in 1 box -- which means double the trouble! Using just 1 gives you a hint of milky distortion, or cascading the 2nd lets you turn your milk into cream. Advance orders point to the Double Muff being one of their greatest sellers. SINGLE/DOUBLE Switch — Selects between one Muff in SINGLE mode or two Muffs in series in DOUBLE mode. MUFF 1 — Sets the overall output level for the Double Muff in either mode. MUFF 2 — Sets the output level for the first Muff in Double mode. In Single mode this knob is inactive. STATUS — If on, the unit is engaged. If off, the unit is in True Bypass mode. 9-volt battery included.
