Think all wah pedals are built the same? Think again. The custom-modified Dunlop Joe Bonamassa Cry Baby wah pedal has some cool circuitry tweaks not commonly found on your typical wah. This made in the USA signature wah features a modified vintage circuit with a large vocal sweep range. A vintage-style Halo inductor adds extra harmonic content to your signal while an output buffer prevents impedance mismatch when using vintage pedals. Not only is the Dunlop Joe Bonamassa Signature Cry Baby one of the most expressive wahs ever, featuring modified circuitry and vintage appointments, but it also has a unique and classy look. The lightweight aluminum housing is painted gloss black while the treadle is finished in shiny copper, this is one good looking pedal.
Fender’s EXP-1 Expression Pedal is a dynamic new dual-mode digital pedal that controls the volume or amp/effect parameters on Mustang® III, IV and V amplifiers and on the new Mustang Floor multi-effects unit. Switch between “Volume” and “Expression” modes by stepping on the toe end of the pedal. Red and green LEDs indicate the mode in use. In “Volume” mode-indicated by illumination of the green LED-EXP-1 controls the master volume or can be turned off. In “Expression” mode-indicated by illumination of the red LED-the EXP-1 controls most Mustang amp and effects parameters. Common among these, for example, are the frequency parameters of a wah effect and the rate/time parameters of modulation and delay effects. The EXP-1 pedal puts great tonal control at your feet and provides a great way to make your Mustang amp or multi-effects unit even more fun, more expressive and more versatile.

The PAF Pro® was created when chops-intensive playing was first starting to happen, and high-gain amps and rack systems were becoming popular. A pickup was needed that combined a lot of presence and “cut” with an open-sounding PAF® vibe. The transparency of its sound lets the PAF Pro® slice through heavy processing, where darker-sounding pickups get lost in the mud of the effects chain. Low notes have both snap and chunk, and there is a spike in the mid-range that gives the pickup a subtle “aw” vowel sound, like a wah-wah pedal stopped in the middle. Treble response is tweaked to produce highs that stand out without getting brittle. The PAF Pro® makes an outstanding neck pickup in almost any guitar, and it’s an exceptional bridge pickup when high output isn’t required.
