Next up in the award-winning MXR Bass Innovations line is the Bass Fuzz Deluxe. We dug up a rare vintage fuzz and modified it for the modern bassist. The resulting stompbox delivers a cutting and bold fuzz tone without degrading the punch and clarity of your original signal. With separate Dry and Wet level controls, the Bass Fuzz Deluxe sounds like you’re running two different amps. Blend to taste, from subtle hairiness to full on raging fuzz, with Fuzz and Tone controls affecting only the Wet signal. The Bass Fuzz Deluxe features true hardwire bypass.
Zoom’s B3 Bass Effects and Amp Simulator combines the ease of a stompbox pedalboard with the power of a multi-effects processor and a USB audio interface. With complete control over individual effects and amp modeling, you can change your tones on the fly for both stage and studio. The B3 offers three large LCD displays and corresponding footswitches that form a graphical interface, allowing you to utilize up to three stompbox and amp effects simultaneously. The interface has also been simplified with three control knobs for each display. This intuitive design makes creating, saving and rearranging the effect chain of your sounds a breeze and provides easy navigation in live and studio settings.
The "GB" part of the name stands for "Guitar and Bass" but it could also be read as "Great British" since - like all the other JOEMEEK products - the pedals were dreamed up in the Devonshire home of pre-eminent audio designer Allan Bradford: "I started off as a kid building analogue synthesisers back in the 70s and those were all about giving people endless combinations of sounds to play with. I also made guitar amplifiers and effects pedals for myself and friends, when we were all playing in bands, so really with the gbQ I am revitalising a lot of those old ideas." The gbQ is a full featured distortion generator. Incorporating both odd and even distortion control. The gbQ adds a structure control which sweeps a Joemeek proprietary designed filter to shape the tone allowing the gbQ to emulate all types of distortion pedal sounds and tones. The gbQ can behave and mimic many different boutique distortion pedals. With controls like pre/post EQ distortion, 3 Band sweep EQ, Hard/Soft knee, DI output with level and ground lift, and you have a distortion/EQ pedal with full control and functionality that you can own.
First made popular by Xotic Effects, the Tri-logic is back! Renewed and Reincarnated by EWS, the "Tri-logic Bass Preamp 2" is significantly smaller in size and more affordable. With all the same features of the former Tri-logic, 18-volts & 3-band EQ, the Tri-logic Bass Preamp 2 has evolved with improved sound quality and usability.
The Markbass MB Octaver adds beefy bottom end and extra funkiness to your sound, and is dead simple to use. The pedal features separate level controls for each octave as well as your dry signal, so you can add thickness by mixing in doubles of your playing pitched one and/or two octaves down. The tracking is super fast!
