Schließlich erreichen die Mitten- und hohen Frequenzen dank TREBLE BOOST Pegelhöhen, die man bis jetzt nur von den ungemein rar gewordenen Treble Booster-Pedalen kannte. Soll er auch, selbst wenn man mal richtig in den Rotbereich geht! Wie ein echter Gentleman respektiert der Big Ben Overdrive die Spieldynamik. Was aber nicht heißen soll, dass er nicht auch mächtig Dampf machen kann, wenn Schirm, Charme und Melone zeitweilig fehl am Platz sind. Mit dem GAIN-Regler kann man die ganze Palette zwischen bluesiger Wärme und fetter Übersteuerung erkunden. Mit TONE regelt man die Klangfarbe.
